Refund and ReturnPolicy

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Jotis Hair Oil purchase. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

       
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery

  • Products must be unopened and unused
    •    
  • Original packaging and seals must be intact
    •    
  • Return authorization must be obtained before shipping

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

       
  • Opened or used hair oil bottles
    •    
  • Products with broken seals
    •    
  • Items damaged by misuse
    •    
  • Products purchased during final sale events

3. Return Process

       
  1. Contact Us: Email contact@jotihairoil.com with your order number

  2. Authorization: Wait for return authorization and instructions
    3.    
  3. Package: Securely pack items in original packaging
    4.    
  4. Ship: Send to our designated return address
    5.    
  5. Processing: Allow 5-7 business days for processing after receipt

4. Refund Methods

       
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
    •    
  • UPI/Digital wallet refunds: 3-5 business days
    •    
  • Bank transfer refunds: 7-10 business days

5. Return Shipping

       
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

       
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the damaged item
    •    
  • We will provide a prepaid return label
    •    
  • Full refund or replacement will be provided

7. Order Cancellation

       
  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement

  • After 2 hours, standard return policy applies
    •    
  • Shipped orders cannot be cancelled
    •    
  • Cancellation refunds processed within 24-48 hours

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

       
  1. Return the original item following our return process

  2. Place a new order for the desired item
    3.    
  3. We will process both transactions separately

9. Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our 100% Ayurvedic hair oil. If you're not satisfied with the product quality within the return period, we will provide a full refund.

10. Bulk Orders

Special return conditions may apply to bulk orders (10+ units). Please contact us for specific terms.
